Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery, applicable only in cases where the item received is wrong or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at luxecarry29@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will share return instructions accordingly.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. Once a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from approval, please contact us.
